Broadway Passport Members

In April of 2018, The Ticket Community acquired and merged with Broadway Concierge Group.

As part of the Acquisition, we have begun to manage the Broadway Passport program as of July 1, 2018, and we would like to extend a warm welcome to you as you join The Ticket Community.  We look forward to serving your ticketing needs.

Let’s introduce you to some of the features our program has that will be new to you:

Points & Rewards

You have officially been enrolled in the Points & Rewards program and upon login, you will receive 2000 Bonus Points.  Bonus Points can be redeemed for discounts on tickets at a rate of 100 bonus points per $1 discount.

Order Management

You have complete control over your orders.  On your Profile Page, you will find a setting with any orders that you place through this website from this point forward.  You can change the order date or cancel the order up until 9 days before your scheduled ticket date free of charge.  Within 9 days of the date, or after you pickup your tickets, your order is final,

Order Processing

  • You choose the seating level, the date/time of the show, and your number of tickets.
  • You place your order
  • When you place an order with us, we place an authorization hold on your method of payment.
  • We will finalize, process, and confirm your order within 48 hours, and at this time your charge will be finalized.
  • Once your order has been Confirmed, you will receive a voucher that you can use to pick up your tickets from the venue along with your photo ID.
  • You can pick up your tickets any time up until the day of the show. Once you have picked up your tickets, you will no longer be allowed to alter your order.

Cancellation Policy

We will not cancel your tickets once they are confirmed!
All of our tickets are confirmed within 48 hours.
If for some reason we are not able to confirm your tickets for you, we will immediately release the authorization on your card and notify you via email.
Once you have received your confirmation and voucher, that’s it: your tickets are set unless you modify your order.

If you previously purchased a passport and have not activated it as of yet, your Gold Passport Membership will need to be created manually.
